2 LBS GROUND CHUCK
TUBE OF TOWNHOUSE CRACKERS CRUSHED
1 CAN ROTEL TOMATOES WITH CHILIES
1 SMALL CAN MUSHROOM PIECES DRAINED
2 EGGS BEATEN
1 SMALL ONION CHOPPED
1 MEDIUM PACKAGE MOZZARELLA CHEESE
BLACK OLIVES OPTIONAL
CATSUP IF DESIRED

PREHEAT OVEN TO 325

MIX GROUND CHUCK WITH THE EGGS CRACKERS, MUSHROOMS, BLACK OLIVES, AND TOMATOES IN A MEDIUM SIZED BOWL.

SPRAY PAN TO BE USED TO BAKE IN WITH PAM COATING SPRAY.

LAY THE GROUND CHUCK MIXTURE OUT IN THE PAN AS YOU WOULD A CAKE, NOT HEAPED BUT FLATTENED A BIT.

POUR SHREDDED CHEESE INTO THE CENTER AND FOLD THE SIDES OF THE MEAT INTO THE CENTER TO COVER THE CHEESE. COVER WITH THE TOMATOES AND BAKE FOR 35 TO 40 MINUTES.

ALLOW TO COOL FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. THE CHEESE WILL COOL AND ALLOW THE MEAT TO HOLD TOGETHER WHEN SLICED.
