Recipe Ingredients

Shrimp:
1 pound bag, 26-30 count, cocktail shrimp
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced celery (about 4 ribs)
1 cup thinly sliced green onions (about 6)
Bloody Mary Sauce:
1 10 ounce can RO*TEL Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (undrained)
1 teaspoon bottled horseradish
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Shrimp: remove the tails from the shrimp and cut shrimp into thirds. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, celery and green onions.
Sauce: In a food processor, combine the remaining ingredients (tomatoes through black pepper) and process until smooth. Stir the sauce into shrimp mixture. To serve, spoon about 2 tablespoon of shrimp cocktail into individual Chinese soupspoons, individual shot glasses or mini-martini glasses.
Allow two or three cocktails per guest.
