Recipe Ingredients

1 Pre-made pizza crust or crust made following your favorite recipe
1 10 oz can RO*TEL Mexican Lime & Cilantro (or your preference RO*TEL)
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. fresh Basil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
3/4 LB 16/20 shrimp, peeled, de-veined
1 Tbsp. Capers
1/3 Cup Chopped Artichoke Hearts
1/4 Cup Sliced Black Olives
1 ea. Habanero, core, seed and mince
2 oz cheese fresh or grated mozzarella/provolone blend

Directions

Mix can of RO*TEL, oil, vinegar, basil, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl. Marinate at least one hour. Spread mixture over pizza crust then place shrimp, capers, artichokes, olives and Habanero. Top with cheese blend.

Place pizza directly on middle oven rack.

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Temperature: 450° F
