1 Pre-made pizza crust or crust made following your favorite recipe1 10 oz can RO*TEL Mexican Lime & Cilantro (or your preference RO*TEL)
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. fresh Basil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
3/4 LB 16/20 shrimp, peeled, de-veined
1 Tbsp. Capers
1/3 Cup Chopped Artichoke Hearts
1/4 Cup Sliced Black Olives
1 ea. Habanero, core, seed and mince
2 oz cheese fresh or grated mozzarella/provolone blend
Directions
Mix can of RO*TEL, oil, vinegar, basil, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl. Marinate at least one hour. Spread mixture over pizza crust then place shrimp, capers, artichokes, olives and Habanero. Top with cheese blend.Place pizza directly on middle oven rack.
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Temperature: 450° F
