10Recipe Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces1 large can of diced tomatoes (or 2 cans of Rotel)
1 teeny tiny can of tomato paste
1 can of tomato sauce
2 cans of black beans
1 can corn
1 pack dried onion soup (made with directions on package)
frank's buffalo wing sauce (half a bottle)
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp garlic
1tbsp chili powder
salt/ pepper to taste
chipotle seasoning (other ingredients to taste)
Directions
Cook the chicken breasts in olive oil and cut it up into little pieces until it is fully cooked (I had to add water a few times. Add in onion soup (follow directions on the package). I added in all the other ingredients and let it simmer for 30 min.It is also good if you put a handful of cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream on top when you put it in your bowl... yum!
