8Recipe Ingredients
2 lbs. lean ground beef3 tlbs. chopped onions
1 tlbs. chopped celery
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 package chili seasoning mix
1 can Rotel
1 can tomato sauce
1 16 oz. can chopped tomatoes
2 8oz. cans chili beans with sauce
1 8oz. can dark red kidney beans
1 tlb. sugar
Tortilla Chips & Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown the ground beef with the onions and celery. Drain. Add the package of chili mix & stir well. Add cumin. Stir in the can of Rotel and add the sugar and mix well all while on low heat. Add the can of chopped tomatoes, can of tomato sauce, 2 cans of chili beans and can of dark read kidney beans.Bring to a simmer and cook on low for about 30 minutes.
I like to serve this over tortilla chips and top with shredded cheddar cheese but can also be eaten as chili.
