3 lb. bottom round roast1 pkg taco seasoning
1 red onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow or orange bell pepper
1 can of your favorite Rotel
1 can green chili’s
Directions
Cut all vegetable up in long strips. Season roast with taco seasoning on both sides set in crock pot add rotel and chili’s on top and pile all vegetables on top. Place lid on and cook on high for 8 hours. When it is done it will separate and shred really easy. U may have to drain little of the juice out of the pot. Either use hard shells or flour tortillas and top with ur favorite toppings…freezes well and makes a lot.
