6Recipe Ingredients
1 9” X 5” loaf panmedium mixing bowl
Aluminum foil
1- 10 oz. can Ro★Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles
1- 15 oz. can tomato marinara, pizza, or sauce of your choice
12 oz. whole wheat pasta (bowtie, wagon wheels, rotini, etc.)
6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese (or shredded cheese of choice)
2 oz. grated parmesan cheese
PAM or other non-stick spray
Directions
Spray inside of loaf pan with PAM to cover all surfacesMix together Ro★Tel and marinara sauce
Ladle enough of sauce mixture to cover bottom of pan
Add pasta to loaf pan until the sauce is just covered
Ladle enough of sauce mixture to cover the pasta
Sprinkle shredded cheese to cover the sauce
Repeat layers of pasta, sauce and cheese until pan is almost full
making sure that all of the sauce I used
Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top
Cover loaf pan with aluminum foil
Preheat oven to 350F (177C)
Place loaf pan in preheated oven on baking sheet to catch spills
Bake covered for 50 minutes, removing foil for last 10 minutes to brown
