1 can (10 ounce each) RO*TEL Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies1 cup cola
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons steak sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoky sweet pepper seasoning blend
1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
Puree tomatoes in blender. Pour into saucepan and add rest of ingredients. Stir well and heat for 15 minutes on simmer.Remove 1/3 of sauce and mop on hamburgers, brisket, pork steaks, ribs, or chicken during last minutes of grilling. Watch closely as sugar content in sauce can make barbecue burn quickly.
Serve remaining sauce for dipping with entrees. Makes 2 cups. Double recipe if serving a crowd. Barbecue Ole!
