Recipe Ingredients

1 large bag cool ranch doritos
1 pound velveeta cheese
1 can rotel
2 small cans white meat chicken
cooking spray

Directions

Heat oven to 375. Spray 13x9x2 glass dish with cooking spray. Crush bag of chips, cut cheese into 12 slices. Layer half of bag of chips, 1 can chicken, 1/2 can of rotel and 6 slices of cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients, ending with cheese. Bake until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown. approximately 15 min.
