1 lb. of macaroni (elbows or rotini)1 can of Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies
1 can of black olives
1 6oz. jar of green olives
2 stalks of celery
1 green pepper
1 small onion
1 8 oz. bottle of your favorite Italian dressing
Directions
Cook pasta following directions on box. After cooked, drain and rinse with cold water until pasta is cooled. Store in fridge. Drain can of Rotel w/Chiles. Slice black and green olives. Dice celery, green pepper and onion. When pasta is cold add the drained Rotel and all other ingredients. shake and pour Italian dressing over mixture and toss. Put in fridge. When your ready to eat. take out and stir again.
