1 2.5 lb steak (Flank or London Broil)2 Can of Rotel Hot Habanero Style
1 med Jalapeno (canned pickled)
1/3 cup cilantro roughly chopped
Salt to taste
1 bag garden lettuce
1 bag romaine lettuce
1 small can of sliced black olives
1 container of grape tomatoes
1/4 cup of shredded parmesam cheese
Directions
Place Rotel, Jalapeno pepper and cilantro into blender and blend until smooth, add salt to taste. Place steak into a ziplock bag and pour 1/2 of blended rotel sauce into bag. Reserve remainder of rotel sauce. Marinate steak for at least 8 hours. Grill or cook steak to desired doneness. Cover steak with foil and let rest for 10 minutes, then slice into thin strips. Place lettuce onto platter, top with steak and olive, tomatoes, cheese. Finally top the plate with the reserve sauce as a dressing. Enjoy!
