Recipe Ingredients

1 large Bottle of Spicy V8
24 Medium Shrimp (cooked and deveined)
1 Can of Hot ROTEL
1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
2 Ripe Avocados (Chopped)
Juice of 2 Limes
Tabasco, Salt and Pepper To Taste

Directions

Pour Spicy V8 in large bowl
Peel and tear off tail of shrimp and cut each shrimp into 2 pieces, add to V8
Add 1 can of Hot ROTEL
Add chopped onion and avocados
Squeeze lime juice in mixture
Add Tabasco, salt and pepper to taste

Let set in fridge for at least 2 hours
Serve with Crackers or Tortillas
