2 pounds ground meat1/4 cup taco seasoning
1 can Ro*tel diced tomatoes with lime juice and cilantro
4 corn tortillas (about 6 if you have the smaller tortillas)
1 cup salsa
1 bag frozen sweet corn
2 tablespoons cilantro
8 ounces original cream cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine meat and taco seasoning until meat is almost browned. Add corn, Ro*tel tomatoes, and cream cheese and stir until all ingredients are combined. Put a thin layer of salsa on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Continue layering with tortillas, meat and salsa until all ingredients are gone. Top with 1 cup of cheddar cheese and cilantro. Bake for 20 minutes. Cut into pieces and serve with sour cream and garnish with cilantro.
