1 can Diced Rotel tomatoes with habanero4 slices Provolone cheese
4 slices French bread
2 tblsp. Butter
1 tblsp. Olive oil
2 Chicken breasts
Directions
Turn on your panini maker on medium heat. Grill chicken on stove top with oil until cooked thoroughly. Slice chicken into thin strips and place to the side. Butter each slice of bread on both sides. Lay one slice of provolone cheese on each piece of bread, evenly distribute chicken and Rotel sauce. Lay slices of bread on top of eachother, making two sandwiches. Place each sandwich on your panini maker for 4-5 minutes or until bread is golden brown. Enjoy!
