1 T. veg.oil3/4 lb. lean burger meat
1 red pepper,diced
1 onion,diced
1 taco seasoning packet
4.5 oz. can hot chilies,drained & diced
14.5 oz. can RO TEL chunky tomatoes with chilies
8 oz. jalapeno cheese slices
4 oz. mild cheddar cheese
6 oz. mexican shredded cheese
8 oz. sour cream
4.5 oz. can jalapeno peppers sliced

Directions
In a skillet brown burger with onion in oil.Add taco packet,peppers,chilies,drained RO TEL tomatoes and saute for 10 min.
Add jalapeno and mild cheeses to melt.
Fill Nacho scoops with the filling using a spoon. Top each with shredded cheese and bake on a sheet pan at 400 F for about 5 min.
Serve with sour cream on top and a jalapeno pepper.
