6 cups cooked grits1 stick butter
1 lb. hot sausage, cooked
1 lb. Velveeta
1 can mild Ro*Tel
Directions
Cook grits, while they are cooking add one stick real butter. Don't cook more than 5 minutes. Brown sausage, drain, add sliced Velveeta and Ro*tel. Pour hot grits over mixture, stir and enjoy. This is not a figure friendly recipe, but is delicious.....
