1 stick of butter1 medium onion chopped
1 can of original Rotel
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 packgage of frozen Crawfish Tails- chopped
1 sm container of freah mushrooms washed and sliced.
1-2lb block of processed cheese (Velvetta) diced.

Directions
In a large sauce pan saute the onion in the butter, add the sliced mushrooms, saute til butter is clear. Add Cream of Mushroom soup, Can of Rotel, diced cheese, crawfish tails, add creole seasoning to your taste, and mix well, cook on low heat til the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with French bread toasted, or in A Hawaiian Sweet Bread cut a hole and put the dip in the middle.Or any type of Tortillo Chips.
