Recipe Ingredients

Ingredients
2 avocados
favorite sushi filling,(sushi grade Tuna,cooked chicken cut up into small pieces,or imitation crab meat.)
1 can Rotel, when draining reserve 1/4 of the can to add for more heat when making the rolls.

1 - 1 1/2 cups rice vinegar
2 cups rice short grain sushi rice
sushi wrap (seaweed paper)
soy sauce and wasabi


Directions

Cook your rice as directed
While rice is cooking cut up the avocados,and mash.
Then drain the can of Rotel. Then mix the rotel and mashed avocados together.

prepare your favorite sushi filling. Chicken cut up into small pieces,sushi grade tuna or cooked shrimp small pieces also, imitation crab meatcan be left in longer pieces.
When rice is done cooking mix in 1 cup rice vinegar and let cool to room temperature.

Now you are ready to roll.
Place seaweed wrapper on flat surface,
use enough rice to cover only 1/2 the wrapper
then take about a spoonful of avocado mix in center of rice in a line, for extra heat use some additional drained reserved Rotel.
then add you preferred filling (imitation crab, chicken, shrimp, Tuna etc..)
roll tightly slice and serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
