Recipe Ingredients

1 lb sausage
3 cups baking mix
8 oz Cheese Whiz
1 can Original RO*TEL diced tomatoes and green chilies

Directions

Pulse RO*TEL in food processor until the chunks are broken up; about 10-15 pulses.

In bowl of electric mixer fitted with dough hook, combine sausage, baking mix, Cheese Whiz and pulsed RO*TEL. Mix until thoroughly combined. Shape into 1-inch balls. (You may freeze them at this point).

Preheat oven to 400 and bake 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
