Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
2 T. minced onion
1 1/3 C. fine bread crumbs
1/2 t. salt
1 egg unbeaten
2 1/2 t. prepared horseradish
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 C. milk
1 can RO*TEL

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pack firmly into a 9 1/2" by 5 1/4" loaf pan. Spread 1/3 C. catsup over top of loaf.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing to serve. Enjoy!
