Recipe Ingredients

Prepared macaroni and cheese gets a spicy accent from tomato and green chili-seasoned beef

*1 pkg (7.25 oz each) macaroni and cheese dinner
*1 pound ground sirloin beef
*1 can (10 oz each) Ro*TelĀ® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained

Directions

1. Prepare macaroni and cheese in large saucepan according to package directions, except omit milk.

2. Brown beef in large skillet over medium-high heat while macaroni cooks; drain. Add undrained tomatoes to cooked beef; mix well. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3.Add beef mixture to prepared macaroni and cheese.
