Prep Time

15 to 20 minutes

Servings

4 to 6 burgers

Recipe Ingredients

1 carrot
1 pound of ground turkey
1 gloves garlic finely chopped
2 jalapenos peppers
2 cayenne peppers
1 cans of RO*TEL HOT drained
1 small onion diced
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
4-6 slices of Aged New York Sharpe Cheese
4-6 Buns
Condiments and Garnish

Directions

Prep Work
Use a cheese grater on the veggies (jalapeno peppers, cayenne peppers, and carrots) and put into a mixing bowl.

Cut up the onions garlic and add to the bowl of peppers and carrots.

Drain the can of RO*TEL into the sink and add to the bowl.

Hand mix the RO*TEL, carrots, peppers, garlic, and onions.

Then add the ground turkey & bread crumbs and get your hands dirty mixing everything up.

Get a hand full of the mixture and create 4 to 6 patties depending on how big you want to make them. I usually make 4 big burgers.

Cooking
If grilling depending on the temp should grill each side for about 5-10 minutes.

When short on time I use the George Foreman grill on medium temperature for 10 minutes.

Melt the Aged New York Sharpe Cheese on top of the burgers.

Add to a bun and add any condiments or garnishes you want to finish it off...mouth is watering just writing this up...yum!!
