1 box of cork screw noodles1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1-2 Tbls garlic salt
1 tbls black pepper
15 individual pkts of Equal (can use sugar)
2 stalks of celery cut up
2 large carrots cut up
1 green pepper cut up
1 cucumber cut up
1/2 c of cauliflower cut up
3 large Rotel tomatoes cut up
Directions
cook noodles as directed on box, rinse and let cool. Cut up all the veggies in to small pieces and mix with noodles.Dressing: mix vinegar, oil, garlic salt, equal and black pepper in a jar and shake well.
Pour over the noodles and veggies. Toss lightly.
The recipe is best if made the night before. When serving stir the salad to made sure the dressing is evenly coated over the noodles and veggies.
