2 (6 ounce) cans white chicken meat1 package spaghetti, cooked al dente
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
1 (14 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb Velveeta Cheese
Directions
1. Mix chicken, onion, tomatoes, soup & cheese in large oven proof bowl.2. Microwave on high until cheese is melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
3. Mix with cooked, drained spaghetti
4. Spray 9 X 13 pan with cooking spray
5. Pour spaghetti mixture into pan
6. Bake at 375° for 45-60 minutes
7. This freezes well before baking and the recipe is easily doubled.
