Recipe Ingredients

2 lb hamburger
2 cans Ro*Tel
2 cans kidney beans
2 cans corn
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 pk taco seasoning
2 pk dry ranch dressing
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour Cream
Fritos

Directions

Brown hamburger, drain grease
Add taco seasoning and ranch dressing packets
Add Ro*Tel, kidney beans, corn,and diced tomatoes

Let simmer on stove about 15 min.
May want to add beef broth or water if soup is to thick for your liking.

Serve in a bowl, top with cheddar cheese, sour cream and Fritos. YUMMY !!!
