Terri’s Chili Recipe1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel diced tomatoes
4 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (14 ounce) can ranch style beans
1 (14 ounce) can pinto beans
1 (14 ounce) kidney beans
1 (1 ¼ ounce) pkg. mild chili seasoning
2 lbs. ground chuck
Worcestershire sauce to taste (app. ¼ c)
Salt and pepper to taste
Water as needed
Directions
Brown onions and pepper until tender. Brown ground chuck. Drain grease off. Add all canned items including juice. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.Simmer on low.
Leftovers freeze nicely.
