12Recipe Ingredients
2 medium yellow onions2 tbsp olive oil
2 pounds ground chuck
2 pkg favorite chili seasoning mix
2 cans diced tomatoes (10 oz)
2 cans tomato sauce (10 oz)
2 cans diced rotel tomatoes (I use regular but choose your heat!)
2 cans dark kidney beans w/liquid
2 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)
Directions
Dice the 2 onions and saute in the olive oil in 6 qt potAdd the 2 pounds ground chuck and brown
Add chili seasoning mix and mix well
Add all the remaining ingredients
Simmer on medium heat for at least 1 hour
Great served with grated cheddar cheese, macaroni noodles or just as is with saltine crackers.
