Recipe Ingredients

1 Pound Ground Lean Beef (93% Lean)
1 Pound Pork Sausage (mild or spicy depending on your taste)
2 Cans Rotel (We use the regular)
2 Cans Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 pound Velveeta diced into cubes.

At my house we use the Owen's Regular sausage with the regular rotel. The Rotel adds the zing, and you can adjust the hotness with the sausage and Rotel of your choice :)

Directions

Brown the beef and pork. In a large skillet and drain grease. While meat is browning, cut the velveeta into 1-2 inch cubes. Place velveeta in a stock pot with the 2 cans Rotel (with juice) and 2 cans of Cheddar Cheese Soup.

Keep an eye on this and stir often so cheese does not burn. I always spray the pot with PAM to keep it from sticking.

After browning the meat, place meat in the stockpot with the cheese and stir often.
Warm through until cheese is totally melted.

Serve with Tortilla chips with sour cream.
This is also good in burritos (breakfast or dinner.

Also can be done in crock pot for great parties ;)
